Sit Fit...the most fun you can have while sitting down!
Are you looking for a fun, stimulating and sociable way to enjoy moving more and improve your fitness?
Even when long-term injury, illness, lack of fitness or just general inactivity takes its toll on your health or threatens to derail confidence and independence in getting around, it's more than possible to enjoy moving that body, dancing, stretching and relaxing your muscles and mobilising your joints to inspirational music!
You can progress at your own pace and you are encouraged to listen to your body to find movement that feels good to you. Balance exercises are an option when you're ready for an additional challenge.
